  We went Saturday, February 18th, with a group of 14. We had told everyone how awesome Buca is. When we arrived we gave them the reservation name, but the reservation wasn't found. It seems they were having computer issues with reservations. The place was packed and honestly we panicked. The manager (I think Lorenzo) came out and apologized and said he would find a place for our group if we could be patient. We agreed and within the half hour we had the pope room and Lorenzo had even provided some appetizers for our group free of charge. Our server was Drew and he was our only waiter. I was concerned as we were such a large group, but Drew didn't miss a beat. Everyone had refills on their drinks quickly, the food was perfectly timed and his manners were above reproach. The food of course was amazing as always but what made it even better was our fantastic experience. Lorenzo and Drew, there were several in our party who had never been to Buca before and they were so impressed and still talking about it days after. You two gentlemen went above and beyond and I am so very grateful. Great food, atmosphere and superior management and staff!!!

  Just like the one on Florida Mall, it is a great place to go with the family. Prices used to be more competitive, however quality has not declined. Everything I have tried on the menu is very well prepared. Portions sizes are of course great for big groups and sometimes they have specials that are well worth it. Service is usually quick, and since there isn't really that much people coming in for lunch regularly there's usually never a long wait time in order to get a table. Even at peak hours during dinner I have never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a table.
